Flow Screeds

AlphaPump offer quick and effective floor screed solutions, flawless floors for both commercial and domestic customers, guaranteeing screeding to the highest industry standards. Using both anhydrite products and the new generation of fast drying, cement based screeds. We prefer to use Ambermix & KR Group as a first choice but we also use Tarmac CRH Company, Topflow, Cemfloor, Excelio, Supaflo® and many more. Having a well laid screed floor can dramatically increase the lifespan and performance of your flooring while poor quality work can cost thousands to repair and cause serious structural damage.

Anhydrite Screed Finished

Anhydrite screeds have become an industry standard for the domestic market as they offer benefits over sand/cement screeds providing a smooth robust surface for the application of floor coverings.

Flow screeds as they are commonly known have major benefits when placed in conjunction with an underfloor heating system.

Anhydrite screed, are relatively easy to lay, low cost, fast-drying, pump-able, self-levelling and offer minimal shrinkage. Heat transfer and efficiency is twice that of a conventional sand and cement material, thus with the potential to reduce energy bills.

Fast Drying Screeds

Fast drying screeds, also known as accelerated screed is ideal for projects that have only a small window of time in which to complete the application, usually because the floor needs to be trafficked or overlaid quickly. Many other types of screeds can take weeks or even months to completely dry and be ready for a further layer of flooring.

Accelerated screed are fast drying screeds & can be ready for the final floor finish after just 28 days.
